Slightly OT - HDD current pending sector count

I replaced one of my external backup HDDs after it showed clicking sounds. (interval of minutes - not yet deadly - need to check it later again)
Then I decided it's time again to run a check via crystaldisk over all connected internal+external HDDs. One of it shows this:



Should I be worried already by a current pending sectors count of 5,
especially if the error count for columns C4, C6-C8 still is at zero?
Would a reformat help about it?
