thinking about doing a special release of theses engines just for my fellow macOS chess engine connoisseurs:

McBrain 2.2c
Hawkeye 1.04 OSx64 - based on Gull 3.
Mikhail 1.0 OSx 64 - based on Fire 2.4.4
RobboLito 0.084
Hakka -  same as Hakkapeliitta 
Kohai 1.1 based on Senpai

Most significantly , these native macOS binaries work perfectly under Sierra v10.12.4 and if you already have Crafty and Komodo, you would a have nice stable of 8 engines with a variety of play of 500 ELO from about ~2900 to about ~3400 - each and everyone would give most GMs a run for their money.

PM for a link to the binaries and the sources ( and if you do not have a macOS, that is fine , but I will only provide macOS binaries, but you would still get the source regardless) . Most of the engines have just minor updates from previously released versions, some are just command line shortcuts, others have functional changes as well. HawkEye and its Gull cousins are the second strongest open source engines available after Stockfish. Mikhail was never released previously and my tests indicate it might be about equal to Fire 3, but clearly weaker than Fire 4/5. That will still make it the the 3rd strongest native macOS open source engine ahead of Texel and Senpai.

One final note, I will only do this release if there is sufficient interest. I'm not sure what the number is, but I do know it must be greater than 10. So I will give everyone about one week to respond, and if there is sufficient interest, all those who PM me will be provided a link that will be good for about ~72 hours to download.

Every engine below is native macOS, they all work perfectly under Bob Hyatt's command line engine testing tool which he shared with his Crafty team. The time control below was 1 min/1 sec with 64M hash
