Just in case someone is interested: I've set up a tournament between the actual strongest engines, time 3 + 2, on an i9-9900K processor.
Outcomes:
Stockfish Polyglot is the winner.

These 9 SF engines are definitely equally strong

Not at all, there are differences related to the engine and the way to analyse. The newer the better, theorically.

the number of games is ridiculous and then, above all, I don't see the official version of Stockfish in competition ...

I guess they are pretty representative, instead. Stockfih Polyglot is Stockfish.
