Here is an interesting match I decided to pit Stockfish 11 f7 pawn odds versus on My personal Computer Komodo 11 on my Android Samsung Galaxy 8+, I will let you see a few moves and based on these opening moves you need to guess who won the match ?

Well, you omit key details like the time limit and the number of cores/threads on your pc, but even without that info I would guess that Stockfish would win the match. The most useful info would be the number of nodes per second either engine gets on the android and on the pc (comparing the same engine). If it's a fairly big ratio, over 10 to 1, that plus the fairly large elo gap (SF 11 is recent, Komodo 11 is old) should add up to enough to give f7 odds at least at fast time controls. In general I've been surprised at how easy it is for the top engines to defeat weaker ones or strong ones on inferior hardware or with less time at the smaller handicaps like f7. Contempt settings also play a role; the odds-receiver should set negative Contempt, maybe negative 60 or so.
