Lc0 24.1 CPU (dnnl blas)

I'll try a few small nets on 1 cpu, with the dnnl blas build for Lc0. Time control is 40/2m repeating + 1s/move on a Ryzen 7, 64M hash, 5-men syzygy. I used a 150 low draw opening set (HERT). Lc0 has the following settings: NNCacheSize = 800 000, MinibatchSize = 8, MaxPrefetch = 0, LogitQ = on. I set the engine ratings equal to their CCRL Blitz list rating (https://ccrl.chessdom.com/ccrl/404/cgi/ ... ons_only=1), and Ordo calculates the rating for Lc0.
