For this time control (60 min + 15 sec) and for a very strong chess engine +113 elo increase is incredible.
The elo difference is +51 elo for Stockfish 12 according to Stockfish 11. The difference is now -28 elo according to Stockfish 12.

At 60 seconds / game + 0.6 seconds TC difference is -66 elo (Complete List)
At 10 minutes / game + 6 seconds TC difference is -30 elo (Complete List)
At 60 minutes /game + 15 seconds TC difference is -28 elo (Complete List)

I think at TCEC conditions elo difference is much less.

It is a good improvment. Still too soon to win against the big 2, but it might change in some month.
