Are there any positions known on which (top) engines—and maybe humans as well—significantly disagree?

Sure, just look at the latest TCEC superfinal. Any unavenged win must represent a relevant difference of opinion.

Sure, maybe I should have said: strongly disagree? I would assume that in the TCEC matches it's always just a few centipawns that end up in a win/loss?

Do you want to know the positions which some of top engines evaluate blindly or some middlegame position which the winning side is really unknown?

Just look at the evaluation graphs for TCEC.
You will find hundreds of vast disagreements
