which engine is best in beating weak engines without a queen?

I tried some of the weakest engines in the ccrl rating list to test them with queen advantage against strong engines.

So far I see that Hokus-Pokus 0.6.3 usually win games but also can lose
All the engines that I tried against Dreamer 0.30 64 bit lost at 15 minutes/40 moves.

I wonder if there are engines that can win or draw against Dreamer and what are the engines that are basically best against weak engines.
Human who can draw with queen handicap are also invited to show their game.

I assume that at least part of the weak engines do not support fen so I suggest simply giving them the following pgn to engines who do not support fen(I find that Dreamer support fen)
