SF development builds

If one has choice, which is the better version of SF to use: "Winx64 for Modern Computers" or "Winx64 +SSSE3"

Modern.

You can also compare nps to judge for yourself.

I agree with Henk, choose the compile that outputs the highest NPS on your computer. I also agree with him on the rule of the thumb 'modern is faster than SSSE3' based on how SF web labelled their official compiles:

Just leave the mouse over each 'Download' button for a moment without clicking to see the name of the compile ('modern' and so on). Faster compiles (i.e. faster architectures) are on the top of the page.
