Not a lot of new nets to test.
There have been periods of drought before.
Tests are also done with a new book, elo gains for imbalanced openings may not always translate to elo for balanced openings.

Re: What is Happening with Stockfish ?
there was big change in fishtest framework - highly imbalanced openings like UHO_XXL_+0.90_+1.19.epd, which mean ~1.0 evaluation on starting position.
elo measurements with these kind of books might show slightly different result when tested with classical balanced and drawish 8moves_v3
press "show non-default nets" and see how many nets have been tested in fact: 108 nets were tested in fishtest after last successful net (not counting development and tests outside fishtest)

Okay, more than 100 tests in 33 days, (from Sept 13 to Oct 16) - that's good.
However, for the past 16 days, (from Oct 16 to present) - no visible testing at all.
So I ask again:
Is there a moratorium on NNUE testing?
