Following this
link there is a new Koivisto, version 6.23 and I wonder if it is an official one. I got the following
unique result.

Seems like pretty big error bars. Other testers have shown results of around 9 elo. Also on GitHub we only release major versions. A few people publish intermediate Koivisto versions like 6.23 which played at TCEC.
