I have such a question and a request. Once I tried without a router and it didn't work. How to connect two computers so that programs play with each other via a router. I mean the program Shredder Classic 5. Thank you in advance for any information.

You can't, however you can use the server software from Bernhard Wallner's chess utilities with the Shredder GUI.

Lastly you can switch GUI and use Banksia which has the network function built in.

Yes, the last time that I tested it, it did work on Windows 10 64bit using the Shredder GUI. I did later have a motherboard replacement for my Dell Laptop and had to do a fresh install of Windows 10, on which I have not had the opportunity to reinstall / setup of Bernhard Wallner's chess utilities, but I don't think there should be any problems doing so. It is just that I mainly use the Banksia GUI lately.

And can you describe how to use this program on two computers? I still have a question for Shredder Classic 5. Is there a problem installing the LcO engine and Scorpion NN.

I don't know about ShC 5, but in previous versions there was no problems installing Lc0.
