Stockfish webchess

Post by kranium »

Hi all-

I'm working on a page that allows users to play vs the 20 levels of Stockfish...

https://github.com/FireFather/webchess
(a fork of https://labinatorsolutions.github.io/s ... s-web-gui/)

I haven't had any luck compiling sf13 or sf14 to wasm (because of nnue issues) for it at this time...but sf10 is now up and running:
http://users.telenet.be/chesslogik/webchess/

I've been having a ton of fun trying to survive vs SF (even at default Level 1).

But for various reasons, that site is insufficient for my needs, and I'm looking for a site to host it while I develop it further.
The whole thing is about 818 KB in size.

Please let me know if you know of any free hosting options, or if you know of a good space for it somewhere.

Lichess has managed to compile sf11 to wasm. Probably available in github?
Fat Titz by Stockfish, the engine with the bodaciously big net. Remember: size matters. If you want to learn more about this engine just google for "Fat Titz".

Thanks Dietrich...
I'm getting up to speed on all this...learning what I can about emscripten (enormous potential IMO).
I'll check out your suggestion.

Works great. Had to bail out on a game to make dinner, but will return later. Thanks for doing this.
