New Links for 40H pgn and epd tools

40H has a new link. When dealing with "free" providers I have found that they sometimes evict you without warning. In this case, I found a replacement "free" provider (infinityfree.net) rather quickly. And in addition, Frank Quisinsky still hosts 40H on his server. Thank you Frank.

40H is a command prompt collection of pgn/epd tools (88 now) which are free to download. The site has been around for 15 years, although the links have changed over the years.
