Stockfish and latest Eman cause 63%-65 % CPU slowdown
I have just purchased AMD ThreadRipper 3990X 64 cores a little over a week ago. I have been experiencing 63%-65% CPU slowdown when using 126 Threads both with SF and latest Eman. Anyone knows what could be wrong ?

Slowdown relative to what? To last week? To less than 126 threads? To previous engine versions? To before some OS updates? And what OS?

I find it despicable that you're using Eman, which is an illegal distribution from someone who doesn't care about Stockfish authors.
That aside, I'm not sure what you mean by "slowdown". Do you mean CPU frequency? If so then your cooling is probably inappropriate for your cpu. Check temperatures.

I only have an 8 Core Ryzen laptop with Win 11. I had Windows 10 on it before. With Windows 11 (with all current Ryzen Paches) my engines have become 7% slower than before with Windows 10.
