Need help from Chessmaster experts

Hello all,

I was able to import winboard and UCI engines to my Chessmaster XI. They all work fine on engine vs engine matches.
But when I use one as mentor by putting the name of the engine in to my ini file under personality.
I see the engine is active as mentor but only output is on the bottom part of the window.
It shows time, Depth, Positions, moves left, total moves and current moves. All from the winboard imported engine.
The top big portion of the mentor window where the score is all empty.

I tried playing with some of the polyglot settings but non worked. So far only chessmaster engine gives me score in the main
mentor window.
