This is my claim unless anyone can refute it.

1) Paid to try it.
2) Program is missing most features - it's non-functional
3) Did not receive a confirmation email of my purchase
4) Sent an email complaining asking for a refund, only to be told my email didn't match the correct password on their website
5) Tried to reset password, only to be told I "didn't have permission to use the portal"

They mention on FB "a 30 days money back guarantee", so maybe that's where you could try for that.
