Should These Two HIARCS entries be combined?

I was checking out the HIARCS 15 ratings on the CEGT board (40/20 list) and happened to notice this:

Should the HIARCS results on line 246 be combined with the HIARCS results on 255? They seem to be the same engine tested with the same number of CPU's?
