Well, it is available at github releases (contains three diff. binaries).
Note that the last work done for a while was adding Human levels,
and fixing them a few times. So nothing really for an engine strength test.

Yet, they are there:

A little strange to use a compressed Unix package instead of a zipped one but a good compressed file reader should be able to uncompress them.

I thought in "bz2" are the sources only.
