Question about Komodo skill levels

I have seen on other topics that Dragon 2 skill level x 114 is estimated Elo in Rapid. My question is: does this formula apply to Komodo 14 skill levels too? Thanks.

There was some effort made to retain comparability between levels going from Komodo 14.1 to Dragon 1 and then to Dragon 2, so I expect the formula will not be way off, but I wouldn't expect it to be terribly accurate. Probably not off by more than about one skill level I suppose.

So Komodo 14.1 level 19 is not weaker than Dragon 2 level 18, which is about 2050 Elo at rapid 15+10? It seems right, based on my experience and my rating. Thanks.
