I have fritz 18. I just purchased some ducats. I open fritz 18 and click ENTER AND ANALYSIS. Fritz opens up. I click Engines at the top and choose cloud engines. I get a red error message: "Sorry, Playchess.com user name or password unknown"
Can someone help me? I'm trying to rent an engine to do some analysis.

Going by the error message, I'd try making an account on playchess.com and configuring that in the GUI.

Still no dice. I already have a playchess.com account. Can anyone help me. I'm getting extremely frustrated. Especially after buying a year membership and purchasing ducats.
