I don't, as I use several. The main ones I use for Game Analysis are Chessbase and Hiarcs Chess Explorer Pro. They are both commercial products. Now if free were the only option, I would use SCID, TWIC* and Lichess

BanksiaGUI has ECA and is great for running testsuites.

Chessbase Reader 2017 is free
https://en.chessbase.com/pages/download

However, it doesn't come packed with database, so you will have to load games downloaded from TWIC.

if you want a free, simple and easy chess GUI, JERRYFX is your choice.

Dark mode
Database PGN
Analyse a position
Full analysis
Playout position until checkmate
Play as white or black
Add an engine

and so on...
