¿Is this Winboard download link safe?

From the Winboard forum, I tried to follow the link:

http://hgm.nubati.net/WinBoard-4.8.0.exe

It got blocked by Malwarebytes Browser Guard.
It allows me to continue if I trust the site.
So, better safe than sorry...
¿Is the above link safe?

Checked the downloadlink with Virustotal:

Only DrWeb thinks it is a malicious download. Probably a false positive. If you do not trust it after all, ask our moderator Harm-Geert here to check again for a virus, he is the owner of Nubati.net

I have taken a look on the website, and the file still shows up with a modification date in 2014, and an unsuspected size. So it doesn't seem likely the site is hacked. There never have been any complaints before about malware in the file.

I have already downloaded and installed it; but have not yet gotten to play.
My malware protection was suspicious just because the site has low traffic.
