As we can see here that Kasparov using was able to draw against X3D_Fritz, which was rated around 2760 at that time https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/X3D_Fritz

Start with 120 minutes.
After move 40, add 60 minutes.
After move 60, add 15 minutes and 30 seconds per move. 120 minutes for the first 40 moves then an extra
