Everyone analyze lines with engines in opening preparation, so sometime it is natural to have a 100% correlation.
In that particular game it is possibile that he had prepared the line with Rh4 and reached a position with an advantage (+0.82), but the real plus was that he had 1 hour and its opponent only 2 min left.
(And in that tournament he didn't even did so well, losing 4 elo points).
