Twelve Monkeys Reloaded

Exactly 20 years ago I introduced to the chess community a collection containing 12 Exchange Sacrifices; the so-called Twelve Monkeys.
At that time I had watched the movie of the same name with Bruce Willis & Madeleine Stowe & Brad Pitt again and was still enthusiastic about this disturbing apocalyptic, dark-hypnotic SF-flick, which was somehow crazy, but above all cinematically very imaginative, surprising, exorbitant and opulent.

After two decades, it was time to make a new collection of "Monkeys": Twelve Monkeys Reloaded.

For the above position, the website gives the following line: 14…Rxf3 15.Qxf3 Nh2 16.Qd3 Nxf1 17.Kxf1 Nb4 18.Qb3 Nc6 19.Qa4

But what if White just repeats the position with 19.Qd3 ?

Both moves (19.Qa4 and Qd3) are equivalent. The position is balanced.
Note: I don't mean that the exchange sacrifice 14... Rxf3 is a winning move. But in testing, such puzzles can give an indication of which engines play particularly attacking chess.
This is also true for most of the other Monkeys...
