For the CLI version, just click with the mouse anywhere inside the command prompt and it will halt. "Esc" to resume. Engines remain loaded.

Wow after 2 years new version! Yes interrupt/resume is the only important missing feature from 1.2.0.

Syzygy 7-men adjudication isn't important?

I want to be able to switch off my computer and resume later. All GUI's I know are capable of doing that except Cute Chess.

CuteChess is a great GUI, but it has one very serious flaw: I can't temporarily suspend a tournament!
95% of chess engine amateurs don't have the time to run a tournament without interruptions, so this gui will only be used by a few testers
Until cutechess not has the ability to interrupt and resume a tournament I will continue to use Arena, much better in that regard

Gabor you should specify that this is only true, if the device is shut down, otherwise it is not correct
for the compilation from alweys latest fork, which I offer since long.

Or if there is a power cut or interruption. Common in some parts of the world.
