Engine losing on time in BanksiaGUI.

Hi to all.

I was playing the first game in my new odds challenge (queen vs rook).
I was not expecting to win the game any more (one pawn up), when suddenly the game was stopped and shown as a win for me.
I saved it, and the pgn file says that White (Berserk) lost on time.
But BanksiaGUI shows Berserk's clock with 35 seconds.
I was not staring at the clock, I am quite sure Berserks had spent less than 35 seconds after my last move (so, I do not think that it had 35 seconds before beginning to think, and used all of them up).
Also, I thought that engines did not lose on time.

I do NOT want to take the win on time.
I am not sure, whether to adjudicate the game as a draw or to replay it.
I will sleep on it before making a choice.

EDIT: I also do not understand why the game begins on move 2. I have just noticed it, after posting.
