This is for player rated between 1300 thru 2000, if you know what is the best plan, please explain it, since there is no engine that can help you here, well probably Dragon 3.2 or Free version of Komodo 14.2 which Mr. Larry gave lots and lots of positional knowledges. Most of you will not even answer and will try to find a top engine to give you the answer, but the engine that you chose has to have lots and lots of positional chess knowledges, and NOT just be good at tactics like Stockfish
