Stockfish is not on CCRL

Post by MOBMAT »

I was just on CCRL

https://ccrl.chessdom.com/ccrl/4040/

and Stockfish isn't on the list.

it is on the FRC list, though, and on blitz.

shashchess is a stockfish clone, and because it pulls from sf dev so regularly it is currently stronger than sf's fairly old latest release

it's considered to be sf by ccrl, so it shadows it unfortunately

So many lists! LOL

I was just surprised it dropped off the LIST that I usually watch.

Thanks for the other list references.

Alternatively, it takes a couple of seconds to click on the Complete list and there all is revealed.

I see it as a derivative rather than a clone.

I wonder if it just automatically lists the highest rated version of Stockfish, which is currently Shashchess, even though it only has 300 games and twice the error bars.

200 games is the threshold.

The ShashChess gauntlets 1CPU and 4CPU that are currently running, will add several hundred more games for both.
