I find that Houdini/Houdidit 6 with Nalimov 6-man tables is a competitive mate solver.
Has anyone thought to incorporate N6 EGTBs into a Stockfish clone?
I don't have 7 man syzygy tables so given a choice between S6 or N6, N6 should be better for tactical mate solving, at least in those situations where you really want the correct mate value. I would assume that if S7 table were use in conjunction with N6, that would be an event better mate solver.
Any takers by the SF clone community?

The Nalimov EGTB files require permission from Eugene Nalimov and Andrew Kadatch.

I guess it will never happen

Taking ideas is not a vice, it is a virtue. We have another word for this. It is called learning.
But sharing ideas is an even greater virtue. We have another word for this. It is called teaching.
