Stockfish 16 vs Stockfish 15.1

Thousand game single thread matches, CCRL Blitz time control (2'1"). With Stefan Pohl's UHO book, +45 elo, but with a standard book (8moves_v3) just +11.5 elo. Probably much less with the standard book with 4 cpu or with Rapid tc as the draw rate approaches 100%. Elo gains only have meaning now with the details specified.

Yes, that explains what we see on CCRL and CEGT for example, and perhaps other lists as well. Testing conditions can have a big impact.
