Slightly annoying new feature... When you run it, it opens up a blank command windows as well as the GUI. Close that blank command window, and it closes the GUI as well. On my machine anyway.

Same here. As it does not provide the features I'd want I'm sticking with 1.2 anyway.

OK, not just me. Very dangerous because you are so tempted to close that window, or you may close it without thinking, and doing so kills the GUI.
