Why do you want it?
Just in case you don't know, it is the renamed default nnue file from SF 12 ;)

any of them will work with Fire 8.NN, and should offer a great variety of play

(it's the strongest halfkp_256x2-32-32-net ever created as far as I know...after extensive testing)
It's the last one authored by Sergio, soon after which he took his university research nnue repository off-line.
