I was totally winning with the Black pieces and lost on time, I only needed 5 extra seconds to checkmate him. They should change the rule that if you are losing by more than 4 points, you can NOT win on time but only draw. In order to take him out of the opening I played Na6? on purpose and my opponent traded his good Bishop for my bad Knight, since Opening does NOT matter for low rated players like us according to GM Ben https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WPIMRMl0guA.
NOTE: Now I am only solving Puzzles at least 50 every day, and being extra careful not to blunder , by NOT ignoring what my opponent is threatening whenever he makes a move.

Time is other factor, not only the position. I see from the PGN that this game was 10 minutes per side without increments. You can easily avoid your feeling by playing with increments, for example 10'/start + 5"/move.
Briefly analysing the game: 13.- Ne1?? was a real boner (blunder) and surely without time trouble, difficult to explain; the final position is a checkmate in no less than four moves, so simply adding 1" increment per move would have left you with more than 40 seconds remaining.
