Great Enginechess-Video by Gothamchess

Post by pohl4711 »

Levy Rozman aka Gothamchess, biggest chess-youtuber on the planet (4.5 Million subscribers !!!), made a really great new video with 4 won games by Torch. Taken from chesscoms enginegames-site. Like usual on chesscom, all enginegames are played, using my UHO-openings, so after move 8 (16 plies), the engines start thinking and white always has a measureable, but not winning, advantage.
And because nobody besides chesscom itself, the CCRL and me has Torch, it is of course very interesting, to see the playing style of Torch, which is IMHO very interesting and different to Stockfish.

So, watching this video is strongly recommended:

At the end of the video, he says, that chess is analyzed up to 8 pieces. This is of course false (right now, only 7 pieces endgames are fully analyzed and in the Syzygy-bases), but Levy wrote that himself later in the comments of the video... (he is not a computerchess-expert)
