Problem with Booot 7.3

I have a serious problem with the engine Booot 7.3. I use it Cutechess-cli 1.3.1. I noticed that the program during the tournament shows the message " Whit's connection stalls ". In the application Cutechess-cli 1.3.1 I have the following options: - engine name: "Booot 7.3 x64" cmd=d:\Cuto\booot73_avx2.exe option.Threads=32 option.Hash=1024. Thank you in advance for any information on how to solve this problem.
