There are sound gambits and unsound gambits.
Unsound gambits don't work against engines, but still might work against people due to surprise.
Sound gambits work fine against engines, including the top ones.
Taking ideas is not a vice, it is a virtue. We have another word for this. It is called learning.
But sharing ideas is an even greater virtue. We have another word for this. It is called teaching.

Give me 3 Sound Gambits that work fine against engines. I Guess that they will only work if the top engines fall for the gambits, since most of the times the Top engines will Not take the gambit and play a better move, whereas top human will probably take the gambit

Want some chess lessons? (LOL)
Well, I could offer them, at least in the area of opening theory, but not for free. 😊
Anyway, it's not clear what you mean:
1) Humans playing gambits against top engines
or
2) Engines playing other engines and using a gambit in their book.

Regarding 1), as a human, it's challenging enough to draw against a top engine, and only if you know there's a mistake in the opponent's (engine's) book *and* you're a super GM, you may have a chance when you opt for a sharp gambit...
Concerning 2), there are more than three possible/playable gambits, with most sound gambits being for White. Not to mention the Queen's Gambit, which can hardly be classified as a true gambit. There are many other very sound gambits, especially if your opening repertoire is strong; in this case, it doesn't matter if the engine accepts it or not. Additionally, there are less sound but still playable gambits in engine-engine matchups, along with some unsound gambits that do not work. The quality of the opponent's (engine's) opening repertoire also plays a role in the in-between category, except perhaps in long time controls.
A recent book by Williams and Palliser (2021) titled "1.e4 GM Gambits" covers various gambits although some may argue not all of them are as sound as claimed (based on one review). In general, some very sound gambits for White include e.g. the Scotch Gambit (Fishbein, 2017), the still playable Evans Gambit, and others like the King's Gambit (Shaw, 2013). The Halasz Gambit you mentioned may fundamentally be not so good, however, you after 1.e4 e5 2.d4 exd4 can opt for a Danish Gambit with c3 (or go for Goering Gambit with 3.Nf3 and later c3). Moves like 1.e4 f5 2.e4!? (Staunton gambit) are playable. The Blackmar-Diemer Gambit (BDG) remains playable although it's not my personal preference. In modern 'alpha zero' style chess many new gambits were found sometimes sacrificing a pawn on g4 for a king's side attack.
Shall I continue? 😄
An example of an unsound gambit is the Fritz Gambit in the Grob but then the Grob is unsound anyway (except maybe in blitz human vs human games if you know it very well and you're opponent with Black doesn't).
For Black, the Marshall gambit in the Ruy L is very solid (above masters level at least) Benko Gambit is playable (sound in practice but not super effective in an engine-engine game). 1.f4 e5!? the From Gambit represent another sound option for Black and there are some more (e.g. Cordel gambit but i''m not going to do a complete lookup for you).

PS i presume mr Corbit mostly agrees with me on this

I do NOT agree, Non of the Gambit works among top chess engines, they only work if you feed the stupid trap to the receiving engines, otherwise, all gambits fail, and you can NOT show me a won game by any engine that has given a Gambit to another top chess engine

CQ
Non of the Gambit works among top chess engines
well that depends on what you mean with 'works'.

Obviously with a gambit you also won't get a guaranteed win against your
opponent, especially not if it's a top engine. But then you also don't get a win after
a normal, sound opening like d4 etc because chess is a draw with perfect play.

First i thought you meant that choosing a gambit is wrong against a top engine because
you might (often) lose the game. Then you asked for three solid gambits, and i gave you a few.
Have a look at the Chinese database; initial score after 1.d4 0.0. But also after
some *sound* gambits the (minimaxed book) score isn't less than 0.0.

With sound gambits and good play, you don't have to lose, simple as that, and you get
more interesting games then when simply going for a positional game. And it's much
more complicated than talking about 'stupid' traps; with many gambits you get positional
compensation, attacking chances, especially in human games. But simply letting some
top engines play against each other, with gambits or not, and observing it's a draw
in the end will not learn you much about real -human- chess.

in addition, thinking a gambit which 'works' should result in a won game is a
bit silly imo, and indeed there are no opening gambits which guarantee a win.

Yet there are situations of course where taking a 'poisoned' pawn (or piece) can result in a
loss, believe it or not; such situations can better be described as trap than gambit.
And they are not opening *gambits*.

So you want to know some traps, preferably in the opening, which 'work' ?
Well they exist, but top engines will indeed usually not fall for such traps;
again, depending on book and playing time. Simple as that.

Now some gambits end in a checkmate for the gambit side, but nobody is going to let you play those. Certainly not a computer. Some gambits have a full piece advantage according to computer analysis, but nobody is going to let you play those. Certainly not a computer.
So let's limit the choices a lot.
We will narrow down to gambits for black.
We will narrow down further to gambits for black that are frequently played.
