Bugfix pgn-extract and my tools

BUGFIX:
There was a bug found in pgn-extract, leading to bogus results, when a game starts from a FEN-coded postition and black has to move next. Meanwhile, David Barnes fixed the bug, so please redownload all of my tools, using pgn-extract (Tools kept the same version number, because my code did not change)
