Sorry for asking, does anyone know where to download the Scorpion engine but in version 3.0.15.10 ?. I'm asking because when downloading from the engine author's website there is always a version 3.0.15.11. Thank you in advance for any information.

I don't think there is a history of version 3 for download. Only the latest version.

Unfortunately, I don't have the original compile of version 3.0.15.10. I usually download all versions but I missed that one. What I do have is my own x64 compile of version 3.0.15.10. I hope that's good enough for your purposes. If not, maybe contact Daniel Shawul and see if he has the older version.
