My UHO-Top15 Ratinglist is the world's first engine-ratinglist, using UHO-openings, and the world's first ratinglist offering additionally Gamepair-statistics.

Ratinglist-testrun of Stockfish 240803 finished.

Also take a look at the EAS-Ratinglist, the world's first engine-ratinglist not measuring strength of engines but engines's style of play:

Your test shows +10 to version 16.1. NCM shows +6 and framework +15. All tested with UHO book.

Yes, of course all tested with UHO-books. Testing Stockfish with balanced openings in these days would be ridiculous.
That my test-result, which is the only of these 3 tests played vs. other engines (not a Stockfish selfplay), is between the other 2 results is not a bad thing IMHO.
In general, the progress of Stockfish is very slow since Stockfish 15 (April 2022). Since SF 15, my tests show an overall progress (look at the diagrams on my main-site) somewhere between 40-45 Celo. And that is really not much in 2 years and 4 months...
