Intel N200 with 4 cores at 3,7 Ghz makes Stockfish practically unbeaten. TDP 6 W.

You get more-or-less the same chart from Geekbench:


Conclusion: if you're choosing a CPU based on how well it will play chess, then there's no need to wait for a chess benchmark: the Geekbench benchmarks are more than a good enough proxy for the chess benchmark - and they're usually available on day 1.
