Children of chess programmer Thomas Nitsche (Mephisto I, II, III for Hegener and Glaser aka Mephisto) , Maxim and Rafael made a chess learning app for Android and iOS.
Lotus Chess
"Lotus Chess" offers chess players of all levels a platform to improve their openings and work specifically on weaknesses. The app combines realistic AI simulations that mimic the behavior of real opponents with detailed analyses of your online chess games. By connecting to platforms such as Lichess, your strengths and weaknesses are automatically identified and statistically evaluated without you having to manually enter data.
Based on these findings, the app creates a personalized training plan that starts exactly where you need the most improvement. With daily exercises and a structured repertoire build-up, Lotus Chess strengthens your skills gradually and sustainably.
The app offers a user-friendly interface that allows you to individually adapt your favorite openings and the training pace. Progress can be tracked via detailed statistics and reports, while reminders of daily training motivate you to keep going.
Attention, a new completely revised version will be released in about 3 weeks.
