Re: On-line engine blitz tourney June
Wasp won the tournament, congratulations!
Arasan became second with the highest TPR of all players, not so bad either.
Nightmare ended on the third place.
There were some weird connection problems, especially Gideon dropped out many times during the tournament, while Feligres using the same connection and IP-address had no problems at all.

Was sixth after 8 rounds, but that last round against Arasan did me in... Still, top half in Lunar's first outing in this tourney so that's pretty good in my book!

Re: On-line engine blitz tourney June
Lunar did pretty good indeed. I watched some of it's games, it has a very nice attacking style. Usually the few top engines are hard to beat because they run on big hardware (with 64 cores being no exception), losing to one of them is nothing to be ashamed of.

Bjoern is also a user on Talkchess, the author of Feligres.

I think it should work provided the engine was properly announced at the server.

Re: On-line engine blitz tourney June
You have to ask Bjoern, I really don't have a clue what the problem was. Gideon lost connection with the server many times, maybe Gideon was running on a bad WiFi connection, but it could also be a protocol error that made Gideon crash.
