Dog v3.4 - "the Dog awakens" release

This the windows binary. The source code is on github which is linked from the website (http://vanheusden.com/chess/Dog/).
It has several improvements. Like features and more brainpower (hopefully CCRL agrees altough testing consistently shows +10 elo here).

I'd love to hear if someone could try it on a mac. I don't have access to any on those.
