Triggered by the nowadays exceptional high draw rate of the engines they use.
90% of coding is debugging, the other 10% is writing bugs.

it's not about '' value of draws', there's now an experiment/new tourn
(at high rating level eg 2500) with Tcec style openings.

otherwise, indeed, it would all be draws (guess why).

I am playing in this. It is nice to play in a tournament where 99% of the games will not be draws.

If the game ends in a draw, how is the winner of that game chosen?

Edit: it's explained in a link in a previous post: they're using the Baumbach rule (link).
