Arasan 25.4 is available from http://arasanchess.org.

Changes in Arasan 25.4:
1) Changes to hash table usage in qsearch
2) Singular extension changes
3) Small Probcut fix
4) Add error reporting for setboard command
5) Fixes to command handling in CECP analysis mode
6) Fixes to ECO classification in utility programs
7) GUI fixes - make Hash table setting a spin box
8) Support a 64-bit GUI using a 64-bit engine - make separate installer for this
9) Minor code cleanups, book update, ECO classification update

In my testing, this is modestly stronger than Arasan 25.3:

LOS: 92.69 %, DrawRatio: 64.90 %, PairsRatio: 1.15
Games: 2000, Wins: 247, Losses: 218, Draws: 1535, Points: 1014.5 (50.72 %)
Ptnml(0-2): [6, 157, 649, 178, 10], WL/DD Ratio: 0.08
