ChessBase Installer + Fritz 21 issues

I’m just wondering whether anybody is experiencing issues when attempting to download Fritz 21 using the ChessBase Installer.
It has taken me between 5-6 hours to download each of the program’s modules (e.g. setup, DX12, database2026, etc.).
I’m currently stuck on PersonalityVideos21. It’s taken me 4-5 attempts (each taking 4-5 hours). After the 4-5 hour mark I receive a timeout error and the download of that module starts again.
I’m not aware of any internet issues (I have just downloaded a 30gb program, which took 15-20mins) so am a bit stumped - as is ChessBase Support.
Any help/guidance would be greatly received.

It took me about 45 minutes to download and install everything. I did all this during prime time. Around 10 AM EST so over there it would be 4 PM. My intuition tells me the problem is on CB's end.

My experience: same or so as just above, under one hour elapsed as an order of magnitude.

Downloading was very fast for me.

I choose not to delete the files after installation to back them up.
I had some issues installing in advanced custom mode. I did not want to install to the C drive.
For some reason it did not install the personality videos in the right folder.
I did uninstall and reinstall and it worked.

Around the same for me. Unfortunately, Chessbase (and or Installer) only offers me around ~1.5 MBps (which is sad). The videos are 1.0 Gig
by itself. I usually just install Fritz, the book, and the database....the rest is just bloatware..imo

It was easier in the past to download and install Fritzy. Always keep it simple. They are just trying to protect their software.
