Playing against stockfish OTB and having your games on the cloud

Hi all,

I've been building an app called ChessGaze and wanted to share it here for honest feedback.

The idea: use your phone's camera to turn a normal chess board into a "smart" board, with no special hardware. You prop the phone on a tripod above the board, and the app watches the game.

Two things I think this community might find interesting:

1. Playing Stockfish over the board. You make your move on the physical board, ChessGaze detects it, and Stockfish replies. The app highlights the engine's move and announces it out loud, so you just play it on your board and carry on. There are three difficulty levels, from beginner to expert.
2. Games in the cloud. Every game is tracked and can be uploaded, so you get a shareable online link to replay it move by move, a bit like a lightweight broadcast/VAR idea for OTB play. You can also export PGN straight to Lichess or Chess.com.

It also flags illegal moves and detects promotions, checkmate and stalemate, and it records everything automatically.

It's free on iOS and Android. I'd genuinely love feedback from people who play a lot OTB, especially on detection accuracy with different sets and boards, and what would make it useful for clubs or tournaments.
