Cinder Hash setting not worjing

I noticed that, regarding the Cinder engine, the hash size isn't changed whether size is selected by the GUI.
I con't either select a proper hash size using the engine in console mode.
This is true regardless of the version of Cinder engines, from Cinder 0.4.1 to Cinder 0.61 versions.
Has anyone noticed the same behaviour for this engine ?
I don't post often but am familiar to this forum for ages.
